AVAILABILITY & ORDERING

The best and most accurate way to check availability on props is to

email us at hello@sisprops.com . Please include the prop item

number (SA3UJT1013) and Name (Blush Velvet Ottoman w/Chrome

Base) as well as the rental period you’re interested in. Once availability

has been determined we can provide you with an estimate and/or

confirm the rental. Prices listed reflect one rental term, before tax. You

have up to 7 days after pick up to return the rental. Rentals extending

beyond one week will be billed additionally. If an item is listed as "out of

stock" it may still be available for your dates, so please reach out to us

to verify availability.

How can I check if props are available for my rental dates?

Check availability of props for your dates and get a quote by browsing

our online catalog at www.SallesInteriors.com. Add items to your

wishlist. When your list is complete, you can send it to our team via e-

mail, hello@sisprops.com , to check availability and coordinate

other details. For each item please include the SKU number

(SA3UJT1013), and the name of the item (Green Ceramic Cactus), OR

a screen shot of the item, and dates you are looking to rent. You can

also schedule an appointment to come into our Brooklyn warehouse to

view the items in person.

Can I reserve or hold props before confirming? How can I place an order?

Props may be placed on Hold or Confirmed/Ordered by e-mail. There is

no obligation or deposit required to place props on hold. SiS will notify

you should another party be interested in a prop you’ve placed on hold.

reserve an order.

How long can I rent props for an order? Do you offer one day rentals?

Prices listed reflect one rental term (1 week), before tax. When you rent

from us, you have up to 7 days after pickup to return the item. We don’t

offer discounts for shorter or one-day rentals. The rental period begins

the day your order is picked up and continues for seven calendar days

including weekends and holidays. Rentals extending beyond one week

will be billed for additional rental terms. Orders that are canceled after

confirmation may be subject to a restocking fee. No refunds will be

issued once rentals have been picked up. All orders must be paid in full

before they are prepared for pick up.

How do I pickup and return props?

Clients can arrange their own pickups and returns to our prop house

during normal business hours. Entrance is through our loading dock,

and vehicles may use the space to load and unload orders. When

picking up and dropping off, let us know the Order Number (e.x.

#A27533) and name of person picking up the order. Please be sure to

share this information if using a 3rd party for pickups and/or returns to

avoid any delays in servicing your order.

Does SiS offer delivery service for prop rentals?

SiS does not offer delivery service. Deliveries can be arranged with 3rd

party couriers from 8am to 4pm, Monday thru Friday. The earliest props

can leave SiS warehouse is 8am. The latest props can leave SiS is

4pm. If you choose to use a 3rd party courier please be sure to provide

them with your order number and let us know the service being used for

pick up.

How are props packed for rentals?

All rentals are shrink wrapped, blanket wrapped, or boxed with bubble

wrap before pickup. When ordering ahead of time, props will be packed

and ready to go for your pick up date and time.

We pride ourselves in keeping our props in clean and pristine condition.

We strive to accurately depict our items and color match to daylight

conditions, but appearance may vary under different lighting or display

settings. If you have questions about the condition or appearance of an

item, please ask.

If you believe you have received a prop in poor or unusable condition,

please contact us immediately, ideally with photos, so we can determine

the cause as well as a fix, or offer you a substitute item.

Do I need to re-wrap props before returning them to SiS?

SiS expects rentals to be returned in the condition they were picked up

in. Please re-use the packing materials when possible for returning your

rentals — missing packing blankets will result in a replacement

fee. Upon request and for an additional fee we can add a “Wrap out” kit

that includes one roll of small shrink wrap, one roll of large shrink wrap

and packing tape.

**Additional fees may be assessed for props returning damaged,

broken, or otherwise in worse condition than they were released (or not

returned at all)**

Can I buy a prop?

No. We do not sell any of our inventory. SiS is a prop rental company

only.
